To head up and work with the Audit and Long Range Planning Committee to simplify and streamline the current Duck Creek Lodge Budget and Audit bookkeeping system.
To report on the budget and the implementation of a simple budget and audit system.

It shall be the duty of this committee, at the close of each Masonic Year, as soon as appointed, to carefully examine and check the reports, books and vouchers of the Secretary and Treasurer, and any other matters referred to them. Make a full and accurate report to the Lodge, no later than the August Stated Meeting, showing the condition of the books and accounts. Should any inaccuracies be found, recomment the necessary steps for correction.
The report of the Audit committee shall be read into the Minutes.
To confer with the Long Range Planning committee and Budget Committee in order to assist in converting Duck Creek Lodge's present Audit and Budget Bookkeeping system into a simpler, more streamlined system.

To establish and implement a system where new candidates for the degrees in Masonry are contacted by this committee weekly.
To establish and implement a system where the investigation committee appointed is encouraged to contact the new candidate ASAP
To ensure instructors teaching candidates are qualified.
To ensure Grand Lodge programs associated with Masonic Education are being conformed to by Duck Creek Lodge ie. L.I.F.E., A.L.L., ETC.
To setup Masonic Forms and certified degrees.
To setup and conduct Masonic instruction (Opening & Closing, Floor Work in all the degrees, round robins, etc.) on a regular basis.

Officer Expectations for the Duck Creek Masonic Lodge #1419 Officers during the 2004-2005 Masonic Year.
1. Represent Duck Creek Masonic Lodge #1419 in a Masonic manner.
2. Duck Creek Masonic Lodge's (Blue Lodge) functions and duties should take precedence over all other Masonic affiliated organizations.
3. Attend as many Lodge meetings as possible.
4. Attend as many Lodge functions as possible.
5. Attend all Masonic and Grand Lodge functions needed to qualify for the Vanguard Award.
6. Participate in the maintenance of the Lodge.
7. Dress in an appropriate manner at Masonic functions.
* Ties at all Stated Meetings.
* Ties at all Certified Degrees.
* Dress shirt and slacks for all other Meetings and Degrees
* No jeans. (exceptions: floor work, round robins, Saturday Officers meetings, fund raisers)
* No t-shirts.(exceptions: floor work, round robins, Saturday Officers meetings, fund raisers)
* No shirts with inappropriate writing or logos. To be determined by the Worshipful Master, Senior and Junior Wardens.
* No shorts. (exceptions: fund raisers, outside activities)
8. If you will be late or unable to attend any Duck Creek, Grand Lodge or planned Masonic meeting or function, a call should be made, ASAP, to the Worshipful Master, Senior or Junior Wardens advising them.
9. Vehicles will be parked in the parking lot. (exceptions: fund raisers)

Please note that the following does not require that the Officer named perform all actions necessary to assure that the area is presentable, rather it designates the Officer responsibilities. If a brother requires assistance in the maintenance of his area, all available brethren should provide assistance as needed.
